- Line basin with heavy-duty pond liner.
We recommend and sell PPL24 Pond Liner – Lighter weight, stronger, more UV resistant than any other pond materials. The only liner approved by the USDA / NRCS for Nationwide use of non-soil covered conditions. - Place a few wall blocks in the basin.
- Place basalt column on the blocks. Balance and secure.
- Run tubing from a submersible pump up through the pre-drilled hole.
- Fill retaining basin with decorative stones – leaving an opening for the pump and pump access.
- Turn your pump on and enjoy the cool splashing sounds of a cascading rock fountain.
